Dear Akiuk Comunity,

I am truly excited and honored to introduce myself as the new Principal of Akiuk Memorial School. It is a privilege to join such a special community, one deeply rooted in culture, tradition, and a strong sense of connection.

From the moment I arrived, I have felt incredibly welcomed by the kindness, support, and warmth of this community. I am grateful for the opportunity to become part of Akiuk Memorial School and look forward to getting to know our students, families, staff, and community members.

I am a strong believer in open communication, teamwork, and celebrating everyday accomplishments that make a difference in the lives of our students. I believe that when we work together, support one another, and celebrate our successes—both big and small—we create an environment where our students can strive for success, grow in confidence, and help our entire community thrive.

As we begin this school year, I look forward to building meaningful relationships with our families, listening to your ideas, learning from our community, and working together to make Akiuk Memorial School an even stronger place for our students.
